More about the webinar

Healthcare communicators are often asked to “make change land” after key decisions have already been made. This session explores how Prosci’s ADKAR model and William Bridges Managing Transitions framework can be used together to address both change adoption and the human experience of transition. Move beyond announcements and become a strategic advisor in organizational change.

Key Topics:

  • Distinguish between implementing organizational change and helping people navigate transition.
  • Use ADKAR and Bridges together to diagnose communication needs.
  • Identify where communications can influence change strategy, not simply execute messages.
  • Develop communication approaches that make change more understandable, credible, and human.
  • Recognize signals that a change is not landing and recommend targeted interventions.
